The Nunatsiavut Government is relaxing its position on non-essential travel on the coast of Labrador.
Effective immediately, the Nunatsiavut Government will no longer ask people not to travel between Labrador Inuit communities, unless they have been directed to self-isolate or self-monitor for symptoms of COVID-19.
The Nunatsiavut Government’s position on non-essential travel to the coast of Labrador from outside the region will be announced at a later date.
All travelers are asked to continue to practice public health protocols to prevent the spread of the virus.
