The PC Opposition Transportation and Works critic is expressing his concerns over Air Canada’s decision to reduce services to regional airports in the province.
Early last week, the national airline announced the cancellation of seven flight routes throughout the province that sparked backlash.

PC Barry Petten says air travel is critical for many of these regions for medical appointments, workers and the local economy.
Petten is worried that if these routes continue to disappear, they may not return.
The MHA for CBS says the Federal Government has been silent on the issue, and wants to know what the plan is going forward for these airports.
