There is one new case of COVID-19 confirmed in Newfoundland and Labrador.
The new case is a female living in the Eastern Health region and is under the age of 19.
Officials say the case is related to international travel, with the person having recently returned from Asia.
They say the person did not display symptoms while en route to the province but has followed public health guidelines and self-isolated.
Contact tracing is underway and anyone considered a close contact is being advised to quarantine.
It ends a streak of 17 days without a new confirmed case in Newfoundland and Labrador.
To date, 31,371 people have been tested for COVID-19.
Two hundred and sixty-five people have recovered from the virus.
