A driver on the West Coast was caught driving on the highway at 55 kilometres per hour over the speed limit.
Shortly before 3 p.m. on Saturday, Corner Brook RNC saw a vehicle traveling Eastbound near Watson’s Pond at a high speed.
The radar clocked the car driving at 155 km/h in a 100 km/h zone.
Police stopped the car and the 24-year-old driver was given a ticket for speeding, a suspension of driving privileges and his vehicle was impounded.
