A 61-year-old man is dead following an ATV crash on the T’Railway at Red Rocks in the Port aux Basques area.
RCMP received a report just before 6:30 yesterday evening that the side by side had crashed at a washout area on the T’Railway. The machine was carrying a driver and passenger at the time.
The driver was not wearing a seatbelt or a helmet and was pronounced dead at the scene.
The passenger was taken to hospital for treatment.
The investigation continues.
