A 50-year-old man was arrested after breaking into a home in the capital city yesterday afternoon.
Shortly before 2 p.m., the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary responded to the break-in in the centre city area.
When police arrived the man was still inside the home. Officers then forced entry and charged the man with break and enter and breach of a probation order.
He was held for court.
