Police have again apprehended a man who was charged with assault and uttering threats after a woman was injured in a domestic dispute in Grand Falls-Windsor this week.
Brady James Penney of Springdale was arrested near where the assault happened, and was released on Wednesday.
RCMP say he violated the court order within an hour of his release, so they picked him up again this afternoon.
