The Muskrat Falls Inquiry saw plenty of documents today that show estimates being floated at Nalcor far exceeded the estimate being stated publicly.
Months before financial close in November, 2013, the $6.2-billion was nowhere to be found as estimates being shared among managers were more in the $6.8-$6.9 range.

Just weeks after financial close, managers were seeing for the first time cost estimates over $7-billion on the monthly reports.
The estimates during 2013 and 2014 were done with many variables regarding the Astaldi and other contracts.
The inquiry continues on Monday with testimony the heads of construction unions.
