Justice Minister Andrew Parsons can add another experience to his resume. He made his dramatic television debut on the television series Hudson & Rex last night.
Parsons, dressed as a police officer, walked across the set from a filing cabinet to a desk in last night’s episode.
Pretty stoked to tune in to @hudsonandrex tonight on City TV, definitely a Gemini winning performance in my sceeen debut 😜! Great show being filmed/produced right here in NL! @JPS_GovNL @TCII_GovNL pic.twitter.com/k2ALRAxxwC

He’s surprised the sequence, which took nearly 4 hours to do, didn’t end up on the cutting room floor. Still, he says, it was an “awesome” experience.
He doesn’t have any ambition to become an actor, but says it was something on the bucket list, and now he’s done it.
He says everyone on the set was amazing and watching how it’s done behind the scenes was fascinating.
