Softball Newfoundland and Labrador decided it cannot host three national championships headed our way this summer: the Under-19 and the Men’s and Masters Fast Pitch.
Softball NL withdrew the bid to host this year due to the COVID-19 pandemic but has reapplied to host the events in 2021.

Softball Canada says they will continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation and will be making more decisions in the coming weeks.
All Softball NL programs will also be suspended until May 31 including all coaching courses and skills camps.
