The RCMP’s major crimes unit is looking for help from the public in identifying a man who they say was involved in a “serious incident” nearly two years ago.
RCMP are releasing limited information about the situation to protect the integrity of the investigation.
The incident, which occurred during the late summer or early fall of 2024, happened in eastern Newfoundland.
Investigators believe the man in question is not from this province and may be in Ontario or western Canada.
Surveillance photos of the suspect can be viewed online at VOCM dot com.
People are being asked not to approach the man. Anyone who spots him or knows his current location is asked to call 911.
Otherwise, anyone with information is asked to contact RCMP Major Crimes at 709-772-5433 or Crime Stoppers.
