Costco Canada is now asking all of their customers to wear face masks or coverings when entering their stores.

They updated their policies online to recommend that all members and guests wear a device that covers their mouth and nose at all times while on the premises.

Costco Canada says children under the age of two and people unable to wear a face covering due to a medical condition will be exempt.

They also stated that wearing a mask or covering is not a substitute for social distancing.

Costco customers in the United States have been required to cover their faces with masks since May 4.
