Three drivers were taken off the road by the RNC for impaired driving between Saturday evening and early Sunday morning.
At around 6:30 p.m. RNC responded to reports of an impaired driver in Paradise. A 42-year-old man was arrested for refusing to provide a breath sample. His vehicle was impounded and he was released to appear in court at a later date.
At 11:20 p.m., a 55-year-old man was charged with impaired driving (over 80 mg) following a traffic safety stop in Torbay. The man’s vehicle was impounded and he was released to appear in court at a later date.
At around 3:30 a.m. Sunday morning a 50-year-old man was charged with impaired driving (over 80 mg) as well as five breaches of court order. The man was held for court and his vehicle was impounded.
