Newfoundland and Labrador has continued its 19-day streak with no new confirmed cases of COVID-19.
The total of confirmed cases in the province remains at 261, but the number of people having been tested for the virus has climbed to 14,921.
There is just one confirmed case active in the province, no one is currently being treated in hospital for the virus.
Health Officials are reminding everyone to continue practicing safety, to lessen the risk of spreading COVID-19.
The Chief Medical Officer of Health indicates more information will be presented next week on the possible shift to ‘Alert Level 2.’
