RNC in Corner Brook checked some 300 vehicles at a checkpoint over the course of the day Sunday, giving out a handful of tickets.
The RNC along with RCMP Traffic Services West set up a checkpoint on West Valley Road handing out a total of 12 tickets.
Five people were ticketed for driving unregistered vehicles, four for not wearing seat belts, two for tinted windows and one person was ticketed for driving with an expired driver’s license.
