There are no new cases of COVID-19 being reported in Newfoundland and Labrador today.
There are still two active cases in the province.
To date, 28,668 people have been tested.
The weekly provincial COVID-19 update that usually takes place on Wednesday will take place on Tuesday this week. It will get underway at 2 p.m. The official swearing in of Premier-Designate Andrew Furey takes place on Wednesday.
In Canada, an average of 43,018 people were tested daily this week while 0.9 per cent of those people tested positive.
