Newfoundland and Labrador’s streak with no newly-confirmed cases of COVID-19 continues.
The province is free, once more, of known cases of the virus, as the two active cases have resolved—according to the Department of Health and Community Services.
Another bubble province, New Brunswick has reported two new cases today.
As of Monday, the province will require individuals to wear non-medical masks while in public indoor spaces. Details can be found at this link.
Indoor gatherings held by recognized businesses or organizations will have their attendance cap lifted to 100, or 50 per cent of their capacity.
Meanwhile, Metrobus says the passenger cap on its buses will be increased to seating capacity on Monday. That is, the maximum of a full-seated load, with no standing passengers.
