A well-known businessman in central Newfoundland has passed away.
Cluny Sheppard of Lewisporte began selling newspapers as a young boy and started working at Notre Dame Agenices in the early ’70s.
He purchased the small plumbing and heating business in 1975 and grew it over the years into an 18-location organization across central and western Newfoundland.
He is resting at Families Funeral Home in Lewisporte with burial scheduled for 2:00 Wednesday.
