Talk about the catch of the day. A fisherman from Trinity Bay landed a monster cod this week, one which weighs about a hundred pounds.
In all the years that 65-year-old George Wareham has been on the water, he has never hauled a bigger codfish over the side of the boat. He landed the 5-foot-long cod in Green’s Harbour.
