A 21-year-old St. John’s man has been arrested and charged following a stabbing at a home in Tilton in Conception Bay North.
Harbour Grace and Bay Roberts RCMP were called to the home just after midnight on Saturday morning following reports of a man being attacked with a knife.
The victim was taken to hospital in Carbonear for treatment.
Mitchell Butler of St. John’s was later located in the capital city region by RNC, arrested and charged.
Butler is facing charges of aggravated assault, assault with a weapon, possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose, uttering threats, and Breach of Probation.
