The City of Corner Brook is going to have a Santa Claus Parade this year but it will look much different.

Residents will drive their vehicles through a special display in Corner Brook’s downtown core. It will be complemented by a special show of lights and art. The theme will be “Traditional Stories,” with local groups taking ownership of a storybook cover which they will decorate and exhibit for the public to enjoy. The city will also decorate with lights and other displays.

Decorating begins December 1 with the parade set for the evening of December 12.
