A 47-year-old man has been charged after causing a ruckus near Mount Pearl City Hall yesterday.
Municipal Enforcement officers had to call in the RNC over the supper hour after a man, who appeared to be intoxicated, was shouting threats at passersby.
He was arrested and charged with uttering threats and resisting or obstructing a police officer.
