The NLTA has elected a new president.
Trent Langdon will begin a two-year term of office in August of 2021.
Langdon currently serves as Vice-President of the NLTA and works as a guidance counsellor at St. Peter’s Junior High in Mount Pearl.
The positions of the union’s President and Vice-President were elected by a province-wide electronic vote.
Maureen Doyle-Gillingham has been elected as the incoming NLTA Vice-President.
