The RNC removed an impaired driver from the road Saturday afternoon.
At around 3:30, RNC noticed an erratically moving vehicle on Topsail Road in Paradise.
The driver, a 62-year-old man was arrested on charges of impaired driving and failing the breathalyzer.
The man’s vehicle was impounded and he was released to appear in court at a later date.
