A man has been charged after an RNC officer was assaulted during a disturbance at a residence in Mount Pearl.
The incident unfolded at about 10:30 p.m. last night. The 31-year-old has been charged with uttering threats, resisting arrest, assaulting a police officer and breaching a court order.
He was held for court today.
