A 22-year-old man is dead following a single-vehicle crash on Fogo Island.
It happened just before 3:30 a.m. Sunday on Route 333 between Seldom and the Island Harbour turnoff.
RCMP and the local fire department responded, with the victim rushed to hospital where he succumbed to his injuries a short time later.
Accident investigators and the office of the chief medical examiner are working to determine the cause of the accident.
