No new confirmed cases of COVID-19 are being reported in the province today.
It’s the third day in a row with no new cases in Newfoundland and Labrador.
The province has nine active cases including one person in hospital.
There was no live briefing today.
Nova Scotia Tightens Border to New Brunswick
Meanwhile, Nova Scotia has tightened its border following a recent spike of cases in New Brunswick.
Yesterday, New Brunswick declared 24 new cases of the virus with 130 active cases across the province.
Anyone travelling from New Brunswick to Nova Scotia must self-isolate for two weeks, starting Saturday morning at 8 a.m.
