The province is reporting five new confirmed positive cases, three presumptive positive cases, and one probable case of COVID-19 today.
All five confirmed cases are in the Western Health region, with four of the cases being connected to the cluster in that area, and the fifth, a female under 20, is under investigation. Two of the presumptive positive cases are also associated with that cluster, which has 29 confirmed cases.
The other two presumptive positive cases and the one probable positive case are in the Central Health region and are a part of the cluster in that region, which has 69 confirmed cases.
The investigation into the source of both clusters is still under investigation.
The cases reported Thursday, May 20 and Friday, May 28 in the Central Health region, and the cases reported Thursday, May 27, Thursday, June 3 and Friday, June 4 in the Western Health region remain under investigation as well.
After 14 new recoveries, there are 71 active cases, with two people in hospital.
