A man was seriously injured in a single-vehicle motorcycle accident on Kenmount Road last night. RNC say the accident happened at about 8:00 p.m.
While the injuries to the operator of the motorcycle are serious, they are not life-threatening.
The 37-year-old operator was charged with operating a motor vehicle while on court orders not to do so and failing to keep the peace.
He was also charged under the Highway Traffic Act for driving a vehicle without the proper class of licence as he has never had a motorcycle licence.
