Blackmarsh Road reopened to traffic over the lunch hour after a single-vehicle crash this morning.
A vehicle lost control, striking a pole near the intersection with Campbell Avenue, bringing live wires down across the road.
The St. John’s Regional Fire Department blocked a portion of the road while Newfoundland Power crews cleared the scene.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
