A sad ending to the search for a man reported missing from the Long Pond area of Conception Bay South more than a week ago.
Police have confirmed that the body of 67-year-old Chesley Radford was located in the area of Anchorage Road late Friday afternoon.
Radford’s daughter made a social media post on the weekend stating that the result of the search for both her father and dog Charlie was not what they’d hoped for.
Police say the outcome is not considered suspicious.
