The RNC will today (Wednesday) respond to questions raised by one St. John’s lawyer who has heard from people who are making sexual assault allegations against at least four retired RNC officers.
Lynn Moore says she’s been contacted by people with allegations against at least four retired RNC officers and is gathering information for a potential lawsuit.
She told VOCM News Tuesday she was initially aware of incidents involving two officers, one of whom was Douglas Snelgrove who was found guilty earlier this year of sexually assaulting a woman he drove home from downtown in 2014.
Moore says some of the new allegations date back six to eight years, while others go back further than that, which remains a serious concern.
RNC Supt. Tom Warren will address the matter at 10:00 a.m. at RNC headquarters.
VOCM News will be there.
