Sarah Stoodley, the Minister of Service NL and Digital Government, says they’re trying to work through the glitches and refine the system so that people can get an appointment within a day or two. Motor Vehicle in Mount Pearl has added a new call team and is booking about 300 appointments per day.
They’re currently speaking with about a thousand people a day but the department is moving things around and bringing in more staff.
