VOCM has learned that City Wide Taxi is poised to swallow up Newfound Cabs.
Sources say an offer has been made which is now in the hands of lawyers for both companies.
Contacted by VOCM, City Wide owner Peter Gulliver was coy, saying only “where there’s smoke there’s usually fire.”
It’s expected the transaction could be finalized by mid-August when more details will be available regarding the terms of the deal.
