A 67-year-old man who should not have been behind the wheel has been ticketed after a vehicle-pedestrian collision in the east end of St. John’s around 8 p.m. Thursday night. The RNC says the man was driving on a suspended and expired driver’s license and expired registration.
The pedestrian was taken to hospital with injuries not believed to be life-threatening.
Police impounded the vehicle.
