Over $81,000 has been raised in support of the Burin Peninsula Healthcare Foundation.
The money was raised through a radiothon yesterday, which was supported by VOCM Cares and broadcast on 740 VOCM in Marystown.
The money will go towards the purchase of a transplant monitor and a portable bladder scanner for use at the Burin Peninsula Health Care Centre, as well as Adjust-A-Sinks for the long-term residents’ hair salon at the US Memorial in St. Lawrence, and heated blankets for residents of Blue Crest Nursing Home in Grand Bank.
Over $81,000 raised today! A big thank you to all our board members, donors, sponsors and volunteers who made this day a success! ❤️
