It boggles the mind how anyone could drive so fast on the twisty, hilly stretch known as Mount Scio Road in St. John’s.
The RNC stopped a vehicle at about 11:30 p.m. last night travelling at 116 km/h in a posted 50-kmh zone.
The 21-year-old man who was driving was given a ticket for excessive speed and relieved of his vehicle and driver’s license.
