The RNC are investigating a report of a shocking assault against a young person outside Prince of Wales Collegiate last week.
Police were called after a group of young people turned on another person. A video purporting to be of the assault show a person on the ground and a number of young people punching the person while others egg the group on.
At one point a voice is heard saying “one more for good measure” before the video ends.
The incident occurred last Thursday, September 23rd.
