There was an armed robbery in metro late last night.

A person, brandishing a weapon, went into a business in Churchill Square at about 10:30 p.m. Concealing their identity, they demanded money from the clerk.

Police, including K-9, descended on the scene but the robber got away with cash.

The incident is under investigation.
