A member of the Sacred Heart Academy school community in Marystown has tested positive for COVID-19. Any students who are deemed to be close contacts will receive further notification. If a parent receives no notification, then the child is not considered to be a close contact.

The school will remain open for in-class instruction.

Anyone who has questions is asked not to contact the school but to call 811.

Meanwhile, anyone who visited the YMCA in Marystown on Thursday, October 14 from 4 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., Friday, October 15 from 3:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. or Saturday, October 16 from 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. should contact 811 for COVID testing.
