The vaccine passport is now in effect in Newfoundland and Labrador, but one person is at her wit’s end trying to get her QR code.

Regina Ash Ralph had a person from Eastern Health go to her residence on two occasions to administer the shot, but Eastern Health has no record of either.

She says the person who gave the vaccine and filled out the paperwork used the name Regina Ralph. However, it’s Regina Ash Ralph on her MCP card.

She first emailed Eastern Health two weeks ago and has yet to get what she calls a meaningful response.

Neither can she get anywhere with the 1-833 line.

Her first email was met with an automated response assuring that someone would get back to her, but she says nobody did.

A second email a week ago has gone unanswered.

She has also been in touch with her MHA, but they were unsuccessful.

Ash-Ralph has paper proof of her two shots but doesn’t feel comfortable using them, as they display her MCP number.
