A 41-year-old Shearstown man was arrested early this morning following a disturbance at the Health Sciences.

Police were called to the hospital around 5 a.m. after receiving reports of a disturbance and property damage.

The accused is facing charges of causing a disturbance, property damage and obstruction of justice.

The accused was held to appear in court.
