The RNC’s Major Crime Unit is investigating an attempted break and enter and a potential weapons offence in the capital city late yesterday afternoon.

Police responded to a home on Freshwater Road around 4:00 yesterday afternoon following a report of an attempted break-in.

The area was contained while police conducted their investigation.

A short time later, around 5:30, officers were called to a potential weapons offence at the same home on Freshwater Road in the area of Blatch Avenue.

The area was contained, and the RNC’s Police Dog Service team attended the scene.
