A 45-year-old man has been arrested and charged following a disturbance in the capital city Thursday’s night.

Police were alerted to a disturbance at a home in the centre city area around 8:45 Thursday evening.

When officers arrived, they received information that a man had uttered threats to cause harm and the suspect was located at a nearby home.

The accused, who was wanted on an outstanding warrant, has been charged with uttering threats and was held in custody pending a court appearance.
