Feildian Gardens is getting a new name.
The facility will now be known as DF Barnes arena, following an agreement between the Avalon Celtics and construction company DF Barnes.

The partnership will see the company give the Celtics organization $300,000 over multiple years.
Members of the original Feildians organization were on hand today for the announcement.
The Celtics, who purchased the arena in June of 2020, offer minor hockey programs to over 400 players.
Jennifer Binetti of the Avalon Minor Hockey Association says the money will be a big help and be put towards operating costs.
