Alex Newhook scored the go-ahead goal with 1:33 left on the game clock and the Colorado Avalanche beat the Ottawa Senators.
They held on for a 7-5 win with a final goal on the empty Senators net.
The Avalanche announcers say Newhook has been a different player since being sent down to the AHL after one game this season, then being recalled.
