A new high school film symposium and short film festival will be launching tomorrow.
Minister of Education Tom Osborne will be in Carbonear, alongside Paul Pope of Pope Productions and Dorian Rowe, Executive Director of the Newfoundland and Labrador Film Development Corporation to kick it off.
The event gets underway at 2:00 p.m. at Carbonear Collegiate.
