An 18-year-old St. John’s man has been charged in connection with the investigation into a report of an incident of sexual violence dating back to December of 2020.
RNC received the report in June, stemming from an incident at a home in St. John’s involving a young person in December of 2020.
The accused, who was a minor at the time of the alleged incident, was arrested on December 1st, and charged with sexual assault and sexual interference.
He has been released to appear in court at a later date.
