Canada defeated Puerto Rico this afternoon to remain undefeated at the Pan Am Men’s Softball Championship in Argentina.

Petty Harbour’s Colin Walsh was the top batter for Canada in the 10-1 blowout win, leaving the team with a perfect 3-0 record.

Their next game is scheduled for Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. Newfoundland time against the equally undefeated Americans.

About a third of the team is comprised of players from Newfoundland, including Brad Ezekiel, Sean Cleary, Shane Boland and Jason Hill, along with assistant coaches John Hill and Les Howey.
