The City of Corner Brook wants to get a handle on how many people ride a bicycle in the west coast city. It’s part of the process of setting transportation objectives.
They’re partnering with Velo Canada Bikes to do a “pedal poll“, an informal tally of bicycle riders in the city.
The program is volunteer-based with members of the community counting cyclists at various points around Corner Brook between June 7-12 at pre-determined areas.
